Revalve or Complete Rebuild (utilizing existing or recommended valvings)

Standard shock (mono-tube Non-adjustable)	$65.00 each
Struts (mono-tube Non-adjustable)	$75.00 each
Single adjustable (Examples incl. Corvette and Ferrari)	$100.00 each
Single Adjustable w/ knob (Examples incl. PSS9 and Motorsports)	$125.00 each
Evolution II Single Adjustable w/knob (Examples incl. PSS10)	$150.00 each
Double Adjustable w/ reservoir	$175.00 each
NOTE: All revalved shocks and struts are dynamometer performance checked. Additional parts and services that are not included in the normal scope of revalving will incur an additional charge (examples include shock rods, tubes and/or end loops and machine work). Development fees apply if it is necessary to meet specific valving targets. Dyno sheets are available upon written request.

Replace piston rod (Appropriate rebuild fee from above must be added)

Non-adjustable (Standard in stock rod)	Add $10 each
Non-adjustable (Non-standard / Non-stocked rod)	Add $10 ea. plus $65.00 per hour machining fee
Adjustable (Standard in stock rods only)	Add $45 each

Additional Services

External snap ring grooves	$10 each
Strut bearing replacement	$100 each strut housing (subject to availability)
Tube replacement	$30 per unit avg. plus rebuild fee
New mounting parts	component price
Dyno evaluation	$25 each with print out
Shop labor	$65 per hour (including machining & welding)
Rush Service (1-2 days) Standard Product	$35 per unit plus rebuild fee
Rush Service (2-3 days) Complex Product (Includes PSS10 or Double Adjustable)	$50 per unit plus rebuild fee

All shocks to be worked on should be sent to our California facility with a Repair Order Instruction Sheet outlining:

1. Work desired
2. Contact information

You will be notified when repair/rework is completed and billing and shipping arrangements will be made at that time.
