Our 5100 Series shock absorbers are designed for specific manufactured lift kits utilizing the stock O.E.M. mounting configuration. 5100 Series shocks feature Bilstein's superior single tube high gas pressure design for the upmost in consistent fade-free performance and long life. Bilstein's patented Digressive self-adjusting valving delivers improved damping control and a smooth ride on all road surfaces at any speed.
5100 Series - Ride Height Adjustable
Zinc-plated shocks that install like factory replacement shocks and are designed to correct the factory rake. The OEM spring seat is repositioned to provide more preload to the factory spring. The result is a level front to rear ride height. An extremely simple and effective solution, offering increased wheel travel while accommodating a 33" tire.
Applications available for numerous later model Chevrolet/GMC, Dodge, Ford, Nissan, and Toyota trucks and SUVs

BTS Kit - Bilstein 5100 Coilover for Toyota Tundra
ThyssenKrupp Bilstein of America announces the new 5100 series coilover for the popular Toyota Tundra Pickups. These new shocks utilize technology developed through over 30 years of off-road racing victories.
In fact, more races have been won on Bilstein than on any other shock absorber. Featuring a ride height adjustable threaded body, vehicle specific split valving and Bilsteinąs patented high pressure gas monotube technology. The new shocks also incorporate a billet upper mount stem conversion which allows the use of eye to eye mounting. This allows the shock to articulate throughout the entire suspension travel without the spring bind associated with other designs.
The Bilstein coilover also uses OEM mounting bushings for long life and a Bilstein/Hyperco 2.5˛ progressive rate spring, and all spring mounting hardware. As with all 5100 series shocks it comes Zinc plated and has a lifetime aftermarket warranty.
Bilstein also offers the companion rear 5100 shocks with matched valving.

BTS Kit - New Bilstein BTS System for 2005 and later Ford F-250/F-350 4WD
Bilstein announces the release of their new BTS systems for 2005 and later Ford F-250/F-350 4WD Super Duty pickups. These new BTS systems include replacement front coil springs and two 5100 Series shocks. This system raises the front of the truck by 2.25", increases wheel travel and vastly improves overall handling characteristics.
Bilstein 5100 Series monotube gas pressure shocks are based on Bilstein's world famous, race inspired monotube gas pressure shock absorber technology. These shocks also feature high capacity digressive pistons and split valving specifically tuned for lifted truck applications. The result is better control and more precise handling, especially when combined with the matching rear 5100 Series shocks that are also available for Super Dutys.

6100 Series
The Bilstein 6100 Series are the most successful shock absorbers in off-road racing history. Since their inception in the early 70's, 6100 Series have equipped more winning off-road cars and trucks than any other shock. Today, the 6100 Series are perfect for meeting the demands of off-road recreational vehicles such as forerunner trucks, Baja Bugs, rockcrawlers and sandbuggies. Available for standard and coilover applications, this series is primarily designed for vehicles with modified shock mounts and Type I VW suspension. All 6100 Series come with spherical bearing end loops, which accept 1/2" and 12mm mounting bolts.

Bilstein does not manufacture or sell coil springs for off-road use. However, most Bilstein off-road retailers sell springs. They can also offer advice on spring rates.
It is not recommended to use a coilver in conjunction with an auxiliary spring source, such as Leaf Springs or Torsion Bars.
9100 External Bypass
External Bypass shocks offer position sensitive adjustability. Damping adjustments for rebound and compression can be made externally, via High Flow Metering Check Valves. Simply turn the adjuster screw clockwise to increase damping force and counterclockwise to decrease damping force.

9100 Rock Crawler
Designed for the rapidly growing rock crawler market this new shock features Bilstein's industry leading technology and the experience gained in decades of off road competition.
With a nickel plated 2" diameter threaded body, 2.5" x 12" reservoir, -8 Aeroquip Match Mate hose, hard anodized screw top and Aurora spherical bearings, this new shock is built to tackle the toughest terrain right out of the box.
Completely owner rebuildable with valving specifically designed for rockcrawling and available in 12", 14" and 17" travel, the Rock Crawler Series also offers the option of coilover with a dual rate spring.

9300 Coilover
NICKEL PLATED FINISH (9100 / 7100 Series)
9100 and 7100 Series are coated with an electroless nickel finish. This finish must be serviced in order to maintain its luster. Particularly in moist climates, a protective coating, such as wax or lubricating oil, should be applied to prevent tarnishing. This finish is not covered by warranty.
ZINC PLATED FINISH (5100 / 5125 Series)
5100 / 5125 Series feature a zinc plated finish that can be cleaned with Scotch-Brite® or metal polish.

Bilstein warrants to the original retail purchaser that, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness or fitness for particular purpose, except as may be prohibited by applicable law, is likewise limited in duration to ninety (90) days from the date of original retail purchase. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear or any other loss, liability or damage resulting from improper alteration, disassembly, handling,installation, service, repair or use of this product.
